- You are eligible for a refund or replacement if:

- Your order arrived damaged or spoiled
- There is a quality issue (product not as described)
- Your order was not delivered
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
- Briefly describe the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
Exceptions (Non-Refundable Situations)
- Refunds/replacements are not available for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Products not stored as instructed (e.g., not kept chilled)
- Issues reported after 24 hours of delivery
- Minor variations in appearance, as our items are handmade
Refund Process
