  • You are eligible for a refund or replacement if:
    • You received the wrong item
    • Your order arrived damaged or spoiled
    • There is a quality issue (product not as described)
    • Your order was not delivered

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • Briefly describe the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

Exceptions (Non-Refundable Situations)

  • Refunds/replacements are not available for:
    • Change of mind after purchase
    • Products not stored as instructed (e.g., not kept chilled)
    • Issues reported after 24 hours of delivery
    • Minor variations in appearance, as our items are handmade

Refund Process

  • Once your request is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • For replacements, we will arrange a new delivery as soon as possible.
