Welcome to Panpankon. We bake with heart and health in mind. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms. Please take a moment to read them so we can ensure the best experience for you.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing www.panpankon.com and placing an order, you enter into a binding agreement with Panpankon. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Orders, Payment, and Delivery
How to Order: All orders must be placed through our official website.
Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Diners Club, and Discover. Orders are only confirmed once payment is successful.
Delivery Zone: We currently deliver within Klang Valley, Malaysia only.
Freshness Warning: Our products are artisanal and contain unique ingredients; they must be kept chilled immediately upon delivery to maintain quality and safety.
3. Product Information and Pricing
Accuracy: We strive for precision in our descriptions and pricing. However, we reserve the right to correct errors.
Currency: All prices are in MYR and are subject to change without prior notice.
Visuals: Images are for illustration; as our items are handmade, slight variations in appearance may occur.
4. Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations
The 24-Hour Rule: Issues regarding damaged, spoiled, incorrect, or undelivered items must be reported within 24 hours of the delivery time to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Final Sale: Once an order is confirmed and has entered the production phase, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
5. Health, Allergies, and Disclaimers
Ingredients: Our products are made with sugar substitutes and may contain common allergens (nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs, etc.).
Cross-Contamination: Please be aware that while we follow strict hygiene standards, all our products are prepared in a common kitchen. Cross-contamination may occur, and we cannot guarantee that any product is 100% free of traces of allergens.
Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to check labels or contact us regarding specific allergies. Panpankon is not liable for adverse reactions due to undisclosed allergies, cross-contamination, or improper storage (failing to chill the product).
6. Limitation of Liability
Outside Factors: We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by events beyond our control, including courier delays, traffic, or "force majeure" events.
Cap on Liability: Our total liability is strictly limited to the total monetary value of the order in question.
7. Intellectual Property & Conduct
Ownership: All website content, including text, images, and branding, is the exclusive property of Panpankon. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
8. Changes to Terms
Panpankon reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted to this page.
