Q: How long do your products last?

A: Because we use no preservatives, shelf life varies by product:

Cupcakes & Muffins: 3 days at room temperature, up to 7 days chilled

Cookies: Up to 2 weeks

Jellies: Up to 2 weeks (keep chilled)

A: We deliver across the entire Klang Valley, including Shah Alam and surrounding areas.

Q: Is delivery free?

A: Yes — delivery is free for orders over RM200 within Klang Valley.

Q: What days do you deliver?

A: We currently deliver on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Q: How far in advance should I order?

A: We recommend ordering at least 2-3 days before your preferred delivery date to ensure availability.

About Panpankon

Q: Why did you start Panpankon?

A: Our founder Amanda started baking sugar-free treats for her diabetic parents. She wanted them to enjoy desserts without worrying about blood sugar spikes. That personal mission turned into Panpankon — "The Baker Who Cares."
